THE EVENT

Using two 20ft shipping containers Creative Spaces designed, built and deployed Cineworld’s Pop-Up Cinema experiential campaign to tour Edinburgh, Glasgow, Sheffield and Birmingham city centers and London’s Canary Wharf promoting Cineworld’s Unlimited card.

THE BRIEF

Creative Spaces were tasked with bringing all the excitement of the cinema to city centres nationwide promoting the openings of Cineworlds newest revamped theatres.

THE SOLUTION

Using two containers, positioned 1.5m apart, one housed the seating and the other the screen.  The screen was a video wall of 9 x 46″ LFD individual screens with a 7.1 Dolby surround sound to give the full cinematic experience.  The build featured tiered seating accommodating 48 people.

A popcorn machine helped attract big crowds to watch the latest trailers for films opening at a Cineworld near them.

Creative Spaces wrapped the outside of the containers in Cineworld’s branding and graphics promoting the latest movies and the benefits of the Unlimited card.
