Benefit Cosmetics were on a mission to train 1,800 Benefit staff about the new Roller Lash mascara in a unique, fun and inspiring setting.


Working with The Persuaders, GTMS were asked to transform a 40ft shipping container into a 1950s beauty salon for Benefit Cosmetics training tour inspired by the Roller Lash mascara product packaging.


The fit out of this container included adding a fully functioning bar area, running water, wastewater and sink area.  Other distinct areas included the 10m bench, panelled walls, dryer chandeliers and six replica working hair dryer hoods.

All electrics, plumbing, branding, decor, print and furniture was custom made at our workshop by our skilled team.

This experiential training campaign took place across six months of 2015, and visited 30 cities in the UK and Ireland. We helped with design and build as well as the logistics of transporting the container to the multiple locations.
