THE EVENT – UNiDAYS Dive In To Win Experiential Tour
Working with McCann Birmingham, GTMS’ Creative Spaces created an experiential roadshow to promote UNiDAYS, a lifestyle website and discount app for students.
THE BRIEF – Raise awareness of UNiDAYS with new students in a fun and interactive way
UNiDAYS wanted to generate awareness to increase downloads of their app at the start of the new academic year.
THE SOLUTION – A Spin to Win and Ball Pool Tour Extravaganza
We converted a 20ft shipping container into a ‘pop-up’ ball pit and toured across key locations around the UK. The promotion also featured a ‘spin to win’ mechanic to allow students to dive into the ball pit for a chance to win a prize.
Students would spin the ‘Spin & Win Challenge Wheel’ for a chance to enter the ball pit.
Inside the container were 45,000 coloured balls and just ONE smaller golden ball that students had one minute to find in order to win the star prize. Over 3000 students participated in the competition with 500+ getting the chance to experience the ball pit!
